The vitamin C is very famous for its efficacy against colds, but the vitamin A is a key element in the good development of bones tissues as wells as skins ones. Besides, among the benefits of fruits you can find the vitamins from the group B even though they are in low quantity. The orange is the vitamin C fruit of all, meanwhile the provitamin A is more present in lemons.

Minerals: in the huge cocktail of nutrient that fruits have to offer, the minerals stand out, and of all of them two in particular. The potassium is usually abundant in fruits and is very important to maintain a nervous system in good conditions.  Another mineral of the ones present is the magnesium that works for the intestinal good functioning and collaborates closely with fibers. Citrus contain a lot of potassium; meanwhile magnesium is abundant in avocados.
