The lemon Fino is also known as Mesero, Blano or especially as Primofiori. It stands out compare to others varieties to be more of a spherical shape than an oval one. It was created from ordinary lemons seeds of the Vega Alta of Segura in Murcia. The crop of lemon Fino starts from mid-September to mid-April when the experts from Snature Citrus consider the fruit reached its full potential and percentage of juice. It’s about a very productive variety that can adapt to all kinds of grounds and recover from the frost better than any other varieties. The lemon Fino has a lot of benefits for your health, both culinary as medically. It helps with its juice to the digestion and is also a good purifying agent for your liver, without forgetting that it stimulates your immune system and helps balancing the PH by being alkaline.

Characteristics

The lemon Fino is very recognisable for its bigger spherical size from the others varieties and for its thin and smooth rind. It is a medium size lemon, with an estilar and pointy small mamelon . It doesn’t have any neck or stem .It contains a lot of pips compare to others varieties and provides in high quantity a very acid juice.

Uses

The utilities of the Lemon Fino are endless, not just in cooking but also in medicine, it also very used as a homemade cure to eliminate the bad smell of the fridge leaving in it a bathed cotton with its juice, it can disinfect tables made of woods by scratching it smoothly, dispel bugs, or keeping the guacamole or the cauliflower of their colours adding to them a spoon of lemon. It can also be used for its rind by feeding it to cattle.
